1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1  These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 8tk10 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the 8tk10.io website or any associated application or platform.

1.2  By completing the registration process, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 8tk10 Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply.

1.3  These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions. The governing language of these Terms is English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail.

1.4  8tk10 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered users. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility and Age Verification

2.1  Minimum age: 21 years. The 8tk10 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to facilitate gambling by persons under the legal age. 8tk10 takes this obligation seriously and implements age verification checks on all accounts.

2.2  By registering on 8tk10, you expressly declare and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 8tk10 may request documentary evidence of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the competent authority of Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.

2.3  If 8tk10 determines, at any point, that a registered user is under the age of 21, the following actions will be taken without prior notice:

• The user's account will be immediately suspended and subsequently closed.
• All pending withdrawal requests will be cancelled.
• Any winnings, bonuses, or promotional credits accumulated during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.
• Deposited funds may be returned at 8tk10's sole discretion, subject to any applicable legal obligations.

2.4  Access to the 8tk10 platform is also subject to the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws. 8tk10 does not make any representation that use of the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration

3.1  Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 8tk10 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2  During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your official identification, a valid email address, a current Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and a date of birth.

3.3  You agree to promptly update your account information if any detail changes. 8tk10 is not responsible for any losses, missed notifications, or delays resulting from outdated account information provided by the user.

3.4  8tk10 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any registered account, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, where it reasonably suspects that the registration violates these Terms or any applicable law.

3.5  Accounts are for personal use only. You must not register or operate an 8tk10 account on behalf of another person, as an agent, or for any commercial purpose. The name on your 8tk10 account must exactly match the name on the payment method(s) you use to deposit and withdraw funds.

4 Account Security

4.1  You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8tk10 username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your account. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

4.2  8tk10 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your account. This feature is available from within your account security settings at no additional cost.

4.3  In the event that you suspect your account credentials have been compromised, or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 8tk10 support immediately via live chat or by email at [email protected]. 8tk10 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receiving such notification.

4.4  8tk10 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to a user's account where such access results from the user's failure to adequately protect their login credentials, from sharing credentials with a third party, or from using an unsecured device or network connection.

4.5  All activity recorded on your 8tk10 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified 8tk10 of a security breach in accordance with clause 4.3 above.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1  Currency. All financial transactions on the 8tk10 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No foreign currency conversion is applied by 8tk10; the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your 8tk10 wallet.

5.2  Accepted payment methods. 8tk10 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including but not limited to BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other partner institutions. The availability of specific payment channels may change over time; users are advised to check the current list in the platform's banking section.

5.3  Minimum deposit. The minimum deposit on 8tk10 is ৳200. No maximum deposit limit is specified in these Terms; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits, and 8tk10 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits.

5.4  Withdrawals and KYC. Before processing any withdrawal request, 8tk10 may require the user to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC"). This may include the submission of a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

5.5  Withdrawal processing times. 8tk10 aims to process withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad within sixty (60) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees; delays may occur due to payment provider processing times, public holidays, or enhanced due diligence requirements.

5.6  Payment method matching. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 8tk10 account. 8tk10 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.7  Dormant accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login or financial activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 8tk10 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts. Users will receive advance notice before any such fee is applied and will be given the opportunity to reactivate their account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1  From time to time, 8tk10 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, or other incentives to registered users. All such offers are subject to these Terms and to any additional specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion.

6.2  Wagering requirements. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms. Where a wagering requirement is, for example, stated as 20x, this means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty (20) times in full before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance.

6.3  Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the applicable promotion's terms.

6.4  8tk10 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn before a user has completed the wagering requirements, 8tk10 will at minimum preserve any wagering progress already made by the user, subject to the specific circumstances.

6.5  Bonuses and promotional offers are intended for personal recreational use only. 8tk10 may decline to award a bonus, or may reclaim a bonus already awarded, if it reasonably determines that the offer is being exploited in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including through matched betting, systematic exploitation of odds gaps, or collusion with other users.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1  All sports betting markets on 8tk10 are governed by the specific market rules applicable to that sport and event type. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the relevant rules before placing a bet. Market rules are available within the betting interface for each event.

7.2  Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. 8tk10 reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a data feed error, obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or event cancellation. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the user's wallet.

7.3  Live in-play betting markets are subject to live data feeds. In the event that a live feed is delayed, disrupted, or inaccurate, 8tk10 may suspend or void affected markets at its discretion. 8tk10 is not liable for losses arising from a user placing bets based on outdated or delayed information.

7.4  All casino games on 8tk10 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats provided by licensed gaming software suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other approved partners. Game outcomes are determined independently of 8tk10 and cannot be influenced by the platform.

7.5  In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the hand, spin, or round may be declared void and the relevant stake returned. Where a game round has been fully completed and a result has been recorded in the game server log before the technical failure, that result will stand.

8 Prohibited Conduct

8.1  The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8tk10 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether in the same name or under different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage over other users.
• Colluding with other users or with third parties to manipulate the outcome of any bet, game round, or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported and may be reclaimed by 8tk10.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structuring deposits to evade AML reporting thresholds.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials to deposit funds or place bets.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any 8tk10 software or system.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed toward 8tk10 support staff or other platform users.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1  All content on the 8tk10 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 8tk10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2  Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 8tk10 platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 8tk10 content.

9.3  The 8tk10 name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of 8tk10. Users may not use any 8tk10 trademark for any purpose without express prior written consent from 8tk10.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1  The 8tk10 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8tk10 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate information, 8tk10 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.

10.2  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8tk10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3  8tk10's total aggregate liability to any user, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that user into their 8tk10 wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 8tk10's liability for death or personal injury caused by 8tk10's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

11 Privacy and Data

11.1  8tk10 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at 8tk10.io/privacy-policy.

11.2  By registering on 8tk10, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your data will be used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and, where you have consented, to send you promotional communications.

11.3  8tk10 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted payment processing partners, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

12.1  8tk10 is strongly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity effectively.

12.2  The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 8tk10 users from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your 8tk10 wallet.
• Session time reminders: Receive automated alerts after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 8tk10 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once applied, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

13 Suspension and Termination

13.1  8tk10 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 8tk10 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the user has provided false information during registration or KYC; or (d) any applicable law, regulation, or court order requires it to do so.

13.2  Users may close their 8tk10 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the user's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3  Where an account is closed by 8tk10 due to a breach of these Terms, the user forfeits all bonuses, promotional credits, and winnings accumulated through or in connection with the prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits may be returned at 8tk10's sole discretion, subject to any applicable legal holds or AML obligations.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1  8tk10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 8tk10 will notify registered users via email or via an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, unless a shorter period is required by law or is necessary to protect the security of the platform or its users.

14.2  The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 8tk10.io/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

14.3  Continued use of the 8tk10 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with clause 13.2.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

15.1  These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 8tk10 is registered and operates.

15.2  In the event of a dispute between you and 8tk10, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally by contacting [email protected] or through the live chat facility available within the platform.

15.3  Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceeding. 8tk10 will respond to any formal written complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

15.4  Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh law that cannot be waived or excluded by contract.
